Kevin C. Jones LUTCF, CPIA
Kevin brings Robert K. Jones Insurance over 30 years of insurance experience and expertise. Kevin graduated from The Ohio State University in 1986 and joined the agency immediately. Kevin became a partner in 1997. Outside of the agency, Kevin enjoys fishing, summer vacations in Northern Michigan, Dayton Flyers basketball, Cincinnati Reds, and Detroit Tigers. Kevin resides in Oakwood.
Dan A. Bitler CIC
Dan has been with Robert K. Jones Insurance since 2004. He is originally from Minster, OH and received his undergraduate degree from Wright State University. In 2004, he completed his master's degree from the University of Dayton. He is Medicare certified, and he received his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2011. Outside of the office, Dan enjoys Wright State Basketball, Reds Baseball, OSU Buckeyes, supporting Donate Life, playing golf, and spending time with his two boys Jack & Liam. Dan resides in Sugarcreek Township with his sons and Golden Retriever Ziggy.
Colleen M. Greer
Colleen has been a part of Robert K. Jones Insurance right from the start. As the daughter of Bob and Marianne Jones, she has witnessed the building of a dependable, neighborly agency since her birth. Working professionally for the agency in an accounting and finance function, she oversees agency and client financials and assists in overall agency management. Colleen is a graduate of The Ohio State University. She and her husband, Jamie, reside in Miami Township and have three children: Bobby, Shannon, and Kacey.

Dan J. Biedenharn, CIC
Dan joined the agency in 2008 after graduating from Wright State with a degree in Business Marketing. His personal goal is to help clients get exactly the right insurance for their specific needs. Dan enjoys golfing, Wright State athletics, and the Cincinnati Reds. He and his wife Miranda reside in Bellbrook with their 4 boys; Colton, Parker, Wyatt & Landen.

Lisha has been with Jones Insurance since 2014. She was in the Air Force for 10 years. She has been married for 28 years and have 1 son, Connor. Lisha enjoy hiking, volunteering for the Montgomery County Law Enforcement Memorial Committee.
Danielle Lawson, CISR
Account Manager
Danielle has been with RKJ since 2018. She is from Kettering, OH went to Fairmont HS and received her bachelor’s degree from Wright State University. Danielle enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family. Danielle currently resides in Kettering with her husband Codi, son Archer, and doggie Luci.
Trey A. Freshwater

Trey joined the agency in 2018 after graduating from Alter High School and Wright State University. He is certified in Life & Health as well as Property & Casualty. Outside of the agency, Trey enjoys attending live sporting events, golfing and spending time with his nieces and nephews.
Brylin Toll-Winkle
Account Manager
Brylin has been with Robert K. Jones since 2021. Brylin is originally from Shelbyville, Indiana, but now resides in Springfield, Ohio. Outside of the office, you can find Brylin rooting for Purdue and spending time with her husband, Jim. Brylin also enjoys painting, reading, bowling, hiking, and watching The Office.

Tyler joined the company in September of 2024. He lives in Dayton, OH and enjoys the outdoors and the arts in equal measure.
Kelsey Philpot

Kelsey started with Robert K Jones in 2025. Originally from Ohio, but moved back in October after spending several years down south. In her free time, she enjoys playing guitar, creating art, and getting outside whenever she can. She also loves relaxing at home with her two cats.
